Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time
- Excellent knowledge of precision measurement tools.
- Good knowledge and experience in handling API 7-1 and API 5CT Product Specification and Inspection activities.
- Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of company management and API and ISO requirements.
- Assist in preparing QA manuals, control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
- Maintain records of all Material Test Certificates and required Engineering documents as per each Job (*MTC *TDS *Spec Card *MSDS).
- Knowledge & experience in handling & calibration of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Pressure Gauge, Thermometer, Torque Wrench, Load Cell, etc. Control & maintain the system for issuance recording/filing, tracking and retrieval of documents like Quality Manual, Work Procedures, Forms, Plans, QA/QC records, Specifications, Drawings and related documents.
- Perform Internal Review of the organization’s documents periodically etc.

- Experienced in reviewing engineering drawings.
- Coordination with the production team & preparation cost sheets including material cost, labour charges, sub-vendor costs if any and all costs incurred in the production of the item.
- Preparation of quotes in response to enquiries for manufacturing various components.
- Analysis and interpretation of machining requirements, raw material and tool requirements.
- Estimation of machining hours and possible dispatch.
- Review of all Tender Document Information for completeness i.e. Instructions to Tender, Specification, Drawing, Photos, Data Sheet, Technical Reports.
- Expertise in production planning including tendering, sales contracts, engineering & production.
- Chief contributor in reducing cost and streamlining production processes that saves time and money.
- Material planning which involves placing pre-purchase requests for raw materials, spares, instruments and other works through ERP.
- Maintaining the rough capacity planning, load charts, work balance charts for various work cells and adjusting the scheduling based on priorities.
